I love this cover. It's a bold, simple idea. The Chronicles of the Lescari Revolution is a political fantasy series, informed by real-world ideas about history, society and change. What better symbol for a revolution than a flag? The character at the front can stand with heroic bearing without irony, because that's what you do in front of flags, and the background can tell part of the story without being fussy and detracting from the central image.
Great stuff.
