I loved Brent Week's books as well, although I definitely preferred 'T he Painted (Warded) Man' by Peter Brett and he didn't get onto the short list!
Still.....I can't wait for next years awards!

- You will eventually succumb to temptation. I have no problem because White Knight, Black Swan is not generally available in the states except at exorbitant cost (currently 1395 usd). My ambition is to read every book ever printed! Ask Gareth about the size of my library. Do you recall the Twilight Zone episode calledTime Enough at Last? Burgess Meredith is the last man alive and has all the books in the world at his disposal. Then he breaks his glasses, that sounds like my luck! So i better read as much as i can as fast as i can!
I understand your rationale though, just dont have the will power!

You can post suggestions re books you think we may have missed out/passed over in the special "Who's Missing?" thread in the Forums. Of course we cannot guarantee the book will be put forward - it has to match all the criteria & we'd hope to see fan support - not just one person suggesting it. But if you have something in mind, please post it there asap and we'll certainly consider it! Nominations close at the end of this month to allow us time to set up the Longlist poll in time for the 'Live' date!
